Republic Ranches closed 5 of the top 20 sales in Texas over the past 3 months. The new Lands of Texas Magazine showed the top 100 sales, and Republic had the #1 sale of the Cactus Jack Ranch, and 5 of the top 20 sales.
“We are seeing a rise in activity levels, and predict this will continue through 2016. We are also seeing a slight decrease of about 5-10% in value, on a statewide average, for Texas rural land sales prices,” says Mark Matthews, a Partner and Broker with Republic.
