The Itkins—who spend time in both Texas and Montana—view Theorem Ranch’s expansion into Texas as a natural next step.

Honoring Tradition While Help Bring Performance Sports to the Next Level
Under Theorem’s ownership, TR9 Ranch will operate as a true performance institute—a purpose-built environment designed to help both horses and riders achieve their absolute best.
The ranch will focus on elite training, horsemanship development and long-term equine welfare, integrating world-class arenas, cattle programs, conditioning systems and horse-first management practices. The vision for enduring excellence extends across Western performance disciplines.
To lead this effort, legendary horseman Todd Bergen has been named General Manager of Theorem Ranch Texas. Bergen is one of the most accomplished figures in Western performance history and a rare futurity winner in both the NRHA and NRCHA.
In addition, three-time World’s Greatest Horseman Champion Corey Cushing and NCHA Hall of Famer and two-time futurity winner Craig Thompson will train outside horses at the ranch, offering owners and their horses access to the best-in-class facility and new advancements planned by Theorem.
