A covered outdoor kitchen is just off the den overlooking the pool/patio area with a beverage cooler, ice maker, Viking Professional Series 54” barbecue grill, and Wok burner and warming drawer. Two outdoor TV’s are on the patio for Saturday game watching.
Guest home: The guest house is a short walk from the main house and provides an additional three-bedroom, two-bath home with a kitchen, den, utility room, and two-car garage.
Outbuilding: between the main home and the guest home is a large four-bay outbuilding that is utilized for storing equipment and a workshop. This outbuilding is air-conditioned and could be used as a party space with its high ceilings.
